Addie and OdoOne are playing each other in the vice-Admins Birthday Tournament 2018 but their dashboard show no games currently being played. Ageling and Tinko2020 need to play their next match.
Games are only shown once each player made at least one move. (hmmm...., I think we should change this to show games regardless of first moves).
So the games exist, it is just that neither Addie nor OdoOne made any moves yet. I will look into defaulting these games so that the tournament can proceed.
I think all tourney games should automatically end once games timeout. Speaking of timeouts perhaps we should all have the option to send reminders if game(s) timeout.
Being new here, I have been enjoying being in many games, but I timed out about 7 games that count as losses before I barely knew what I was doing re the specifics of how things operate here. For all I know, I might have lost them against those fine opponents anyway. At times I have unexpected very long workdays into long nights, and unless there's something more I'm not aware of, I have a hard time looking at my ledger of active games and trying to see which will time out soon, and which have plenty of time left. Hoping I won't have any more timeouts, I do think Ketchuplover's suggestion of option to send reminders is a good one, and I for one would appreciate that occurring if necessary.
We could also adopt a ‘time bank’. For each game there are a set number of bank days, e.g. 1 day game plus 3 bank days; 5 day game plus 2 bank days. So if a player in a 1 day game goes over time he draws (for example) 12 hours from his bank leaving 2.5 days in the bank (for that game only). This would be useful for genuine players who try hard to meet time requirements.
We removed the time bank because our primary goal with ChessConquest is to build a chess experience that is easy and fun. We found that the concept of timebanks was confusing for some players, and we argued that rather than starting games with a 1 day timeout, and a 2 day timebank... let's just start games with a 2 day timeout.

I apologise for only getting back now on the issue mentioned in this thread.
Both Addie and OdoOne has been disqualified from the "Vice-Admins Birthday" tournament, and Ageling was automatically advanced to now play against Tinko2020.
