Could be wrong but it looks like 59...Qb4+ was draw by 3x repetition of position.

Move 59: Kf4 should have shown a draw button for you Helly.

Unfortunately, because you guys already carried on with the game, I cannot verify if the button was shown or not.

As far as I know the rules of chess states that the 3x repetition of position is NOT an AUTOMATIC draw... a player has to claim the draw. If they don't claim the draw on that move, and make a new move, then the right to claim a draw is voided and the game carries on.

Helly, if you (or any other player who reads this), are in a 3x repetition position again and the draw button does not show, please let me know and don't make any more moves until I had time to verify.

At this point though I cannot verify with 100% certainty if there is an issue or not with the draw button.

The draw button did show up. It just didn't work as it should.
That's why both of us continue to play till eternity :-)
The next time it shows up again, I'll stop playing and inform you.

O ok, this information helps a lot.

I'm going to simulate a game on this side to see if I can reproduce and fix the problem.

I claimed a timeout win while my opponent was on vacation. Shouldn't vacations prevent that possibility? If you can please reinstate game 43134 asap. Thank you

I had a look at the timeline for game #43134.

You claimed the timeout on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 at 14:41:22 (GMT).
The player only switched on their vacation status on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 22:22:53 (GMT).

Vacations will prevent players from losing games as timeouts, but in this case you claimed the timeout victory about 7 to 8 hours before the player switched on his vacation status, and it is therefore a valid result.

Players need to be reminded, if you make any move in any game while on vacation, then the system will automatically switch off your vacation status.

Fair enough. As far as I know this is the only site that turns off vacations if you move during them. Perhaps that could be a promotional point.
