Two of my games have a red clock next to the name of my opponent. My only option is to resign, I'm assuming they've timed out? I don't know how to get rid of them. It was my opponent who didn't play in time.

Hi Tammie,

We had a quick look at your games. The reason why you are unable to claim a timeout on these games, is because your opponent WhitemoonG is on vacation mode.

If you switch on vacation mode, your opponents cannot claim timeout victories against you. Each player receives 30 days per year of vacation time.

As soon as WhitemoonG returns from vacation, the games will resume again. I've also currently got a couple of games with him where I'm waiting on his return.

Ah, ok. Thank you. I saw the beach ball and thought it was vacation mode I just didn't understand the red clock.

In hindsight the clock probably should not be red. Will fix this for us.

Clocks where your opponent is on vacation no longer displays as red.

My four games with vacation mode have clocks that are red. I did refresh the page a few times.

We applied another fix to the clock colors, and the clocks should now no longer display red while opponent is on vacation.
